Description of Chop Turn

Allows players to handle the ball closer to their center of gravity when performing a Chop Turn while dribbling. This slightly facilitates transitioning into the next play and makes it a bit harder for the ball to be dispossessed. A Chop Turn is a feint that changes direction 45 degrees diagonally forward with a brief change of pace and a light ball touch while dribbling. If an opponent is right in front of you close by, you won't be able to bypass them completely and are likely to lose the ball, but otherwise, it can delay the opponent from stealing the ball. It is effective when inserted mid-dribble to slightly shift your positioning, direction, or timing.
